This place was amazing they had excellent customer service my bathroom was immaculate my wife also reported to me that her bathroom was very clean cemetery is a big thing when a woman has to sit down on the toilet the food selection was outstanding fresh fruits fruit cups and also a 24-hour Subway was also located inside of the store if your electronic buff like myself you love to gaze at the glass casing of all kinds of pretty toys like headsets CB radios and also handheld walkie talkies once again our stop at Pilot the Skater 2 drivers like us it's very important thing when I trucker pulls over and asked to use the restroom and Philip his diesel very quickly and you know they're good store when there's a whole line of people waiting outside thanks guys and thank you Google Maps for sending me this location and easy turn-by-turn navigation

Large parking lot and clean surrounding (nice)👌clean store,clean restroom but no hot or warm water🥴😞 McDonald's n Subway for past food, IHOP just a walking distance.Good lesson to learn don't judge a person by the color of theirs skin "stop observing me"!! By the way have u seen the NASTY MAN,man that leave his nasty bottle of urine on the parking lot,or gallon of urine against the curb??So, someone will dispose it for him that's the NASTY MAN!!

It was an early stop for us. The bathrooms were clean. It was a bit busy. I got quite a few snacks and even some caramel popcorn to bring home to the kids. They have a McDonalds here that is only doing drive-thrus and take-outs. The dining area is restricted. They are practicing safe distance here. They are well stocked.

It’s a good Subway especially for truck drivers who are limited with options and places to get food from, however the biggest failing of this location is there’s always only one person working at any given time. Every time I have come they state they are not just understaffed, but that’s all that their “budget” allows for. In my opinion this is forgivable because the team is working as hard as they can, however I will find other locations to eat if there is a line and only one person working. Please take this into account - Pilot - and correct this intended lack of labor.

As a long-haul professional traveling from Ontario, Canada to Texas, I recently had the pleasure of visiting Flying J store #343 in Fort Worth for the first time, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff members, particularly Gina and Amber, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and pleasant. Their professionalism and friendliness truly set the tone for my experience. Special recognition is also due to the store manager, Cassie, who runs an impeccably organized establishment. Every corner of the store was tidy and well-stocked, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. The showers were pristine, providing a refreshing and clean environment after a long day on the road. Additionally, the restrooms were spotless, which is something every traveler deeply appreciates. While parking can be a bit tricky, I found that arriving early helped me secure a spot without any issues. It's a minor consideration compared to the overall outstanding service and facilities provided. My experience at Flying J store #434 was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this location to fellow travelers for its exceptional staff, clean amenities, and well-maintained facilities. I will definitely be stopping by again on my next trip through Texas.

Parking was hard to find at 10:30pm on a Sunday. Showers are $18 with hot water and family can join. Washer and dryer where $2.75 each. Bathrooms where clean.

Excellent customer service one of the best manager I met at this Pilot. His name is Matthew. Cleaning the whole parking lot. Store is very clean and organized.

Always full on parking, there's so much labs around they could expand considering how much truck traffic is here. But they have McDonald's. The building is under construction at the moment but it's clean, showers are all working and turn around time is amazing. In 15 minutes 4 guests were cleared.

Came in for a shower and it was GO TIME!!! I love this location because it's across the street from my cigar lounge Cigars International!!! This place has plenty of parking.
